How to Order

1. Sign up
   You must sign up with us to order any of our products online. Membership is free and you are not obliged to buy any product by signing up.
   
   
2. Add Product to Shopping Cart
   Once you find a product range that you want to buy, go to the Product Information page to see the prices for all Available Options.
   
   Prices displayed in the Catalog represents the lowest price or smallest package in the product range!
   
   Choose an option and click 'Buy Now'. The product will be added to your Shopping Cart. You may put as many items as you want in your cart.
   
   
3. Checkout
   When you are ready to order your products in the Shopping Cart, go to Checkout and our step-by-step guide will help you along the way.
   
   
4. Confirm your Orders
   As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. Reply to us to confirm your orders and we will send it for delivery the next working day. You can also cancel your order right now and receive a full refund.
   
   
5. All done!
   Wait for 1-3 days for your products to be delivered. See Delivery Options & Costs for more information.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your orders anytime before you confirm it with us. A full refund will be made in this case. Any cancellation made after confirmation will be considered at our own discretion. There might be a full or partial refund as long as it is within our capacity.

No cancellations can be made when the products are already sent for delivery. Products sold are also not refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of the product (for consumption).

Payment Mode

You can make your payment online using Paypal. Our Paypal account is OneElk followed by @gmail.com.

You will need to have a Paypal account. If you do not own a Paypal account or credit card, contact us for assistance and we will gladly arrange a suitable payment mode for you.
